Last updated: July 2, 2026

These terms explain how you may use Momentum OS, what we expect from users, and the boundaries that keep the product safe and usable for everyone.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Momentum OS, you agree to these terms and to any additional rules posted for specific features. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use the service

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and use Momentum OS in compliance with applicable law. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account secure, and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, let us know as soon as possible.

Your content and feedback

You keep ownership of the content you submit to Momentum OS, including goals, reflections, notes, profile information, and support messages. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service. If you send feedback or suggestions, you let us use them without restriction or obligation to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, upload harmful code, scrape data without permission, impersonate others, or use Momentum OS for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.

Collaborative features

Some features let you share content with circles, invites, or other users. If you choose to share something, you are responsible for what you share and for understanding that other people may see, copy, or retain it. We are not responsible for how other users handle content once you make it available to them.

Service changes and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Momentum OS at any time. We may also limit access to features that are still in development, in beta, or available only to certain users.

Third-party services

Momentum OS may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, or other infrastructure. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their independent actions or outages.

Intellectual property

Momentum OS, including its design, branding, software, and content we provide, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as allowed by law or with our permission.

No professional advice or outcomes

Momentum OS provides organizational tools, planning support, and informational guidance only. It is not legal, medical, mental health, financial, employment, or other professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, or level of progress.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Momentum OS if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or used the service in a way that harms the platform. We may also remove content or disable accounts when needed to enforce these terms or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

Momentum OS is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Momentum OS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Consumer law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or other protection that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page. If a change is material, we may also show notice in the app or ask you to accept the updated terms again.
